Dallas Riley returns to her hometown, Harrington,
after nine years with her seven year old son in tow and moves into the home she
once grew up in. Dallas has not returned to her hometown since the
disappearance of her daughter, Avery, nine years ago at the tender age of
eighteen. Once there, she reconnects with old friends and tries to restart her
new life in Harrington, but the past has a sneaky way of catching up with her.
Dallas starts her new job in the evidence department at the local police department
as a property and evidence Clerk.
Whilst working and sorting through old evidence
belonging to old cases, Dallas discovers a piece of evidence in the form of a
photograph… A photograph of her childhood home! This alarming evidence forces
Dallas to investigate further which leads
to a series of misfortunate events beginning with finding the lifeless
body of her best friend, Skylar Daniels, in the basement of her childhood home.
On the night of the alleged kidnapping, two year old Avery was under the care
of Dallas’ best friend, Skylar, while
she was at work. When Dallas returned from work, she noticed her daughter and
friend missing. Dallas and the residents of Harrington all suspected Skylar of
kidnapping Avery. Alarmed, Dallas reopens her daughters kidnapping case.
In this series, Dallas has to face her demon from her past while trying to solve all the illegal goings and operations in her hometown. In a town filled with corruption, deceit and murders, can she discover the truth what happened that fateful night once and for all, in order to find peace with her past? With family conflict, love interests and near death experiences, can Dallas survive her first year back at home?
